    Cobra For Sale.

Post by FJ on Sat Apr 04, 2009 4:52 am

Seen this on TradeMe........If he doesn't sell it then in 6 weeks there will be 2 Cobra's in Ashburton region. Great

I wondered why I got a few waves from people when I went over to Ashburton last month, they must have thought I was this guy.

But hold the phones, Team Ute might have a new member soon, I have my eye on a nice new FG V8 Ute (Not telling Ya's if its a FPV or Not) but I aint giving the Cobra away either, I have a guy who really wants to buy it so I will see him when I get back home next week. Great

I now have 2 offers on the table to consider and I wasn't even looking at selling it

I might even look at a new F6 Ute too if I can get enough for the Cobra. Shocked

Sit down and I'll tell You a wee story........I got an invite to the FPV track day a few months ago and Team Hutch were trying to get Me into a new FPV, then I had to take the Cobra over to Chch for its 15km service and the sales guy seen Me cos he knew I was looking at a new FG XR8 Ute in Greymouth because Grey ford phoned them to get a trade in value of the Cobra, So the salesman at Team Hutch sat Me down and made Me an offer and I laughed at it and then he made Me another offer and it got Me thinking and then he said "This is the best we can do" so I thought about how much trouble I will be in when I went home so I said "OK lets do it" and that's how it happened. So I went in to get the car serviced and walked out buying a new Ute. The salesman has had a talking to from Anna and has promised not to do that again
